Our Lodge’s featured charity is the youth refuge, Taldumande. We heard about their service to support vulnerable and homeless children and young people aged 12-21 and we want to give back.

2018 Work
Recently, Lodge Southern Cross visited the Taldumande Youth Refuge and spent the morning mowing, edging, trimming, sweeping, fixing chairs and planting a shrubbery (well some shrubs). A good time was had by all and the charity really appreciated the help.

Recently, Lodge Southern Cross visited the Taldumande Youth Refuge and spent the morning mowing, edging, trimming, sweeping, clearing stormwater drains and washing down pavements. We plan this as a community event every three-six months. The next clean up will be in mid-year.
